& Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "jpeso8," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operating entity behind the jpeso8 platform accessible at jpeso8.cam, a PAGCOR-regulated online casino and sports betting service.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on jpeso8 or accesses any service offered through the jpeso8 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the jpeso8 website (jpeso8.cam), all associated web pages, game lobbies, wallet interfaces, and any related services operated by jpeso8.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the jpeso8 registration process.

• "Funds" refers to real-money PHP (Philippine Peso) balances held in a Player's jpeso8 wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other promotional value awarded to a Player by jpeso8 under any promotion.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer, the identity verification procedure required by PAGCOR regulations and jpeso8's internal compliance policy.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing legal gaming operations in the Philippines.

By accessing the jpeso8 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager or bet on any Game, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the jpeso8 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing or using the jpeso8 Platform and close your Account if one has already been created. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jpeso8 under the laws of the Philippines.

To be eligible to register and use jpeso8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform;
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of jpeso8 or any of its affiliated game providers;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary restriction from any regulated gaming platform in the Philippines;
• You do not access the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

jpeso8 reserves the right to require age verification documentation from any Player at any time. Where age verification cannot be confirmed to jpeso8's satisfaction, the Account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending verification. Any winnings generated by an underage Player shall be voided and forfeited.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the jpeso8 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Winnings generated across duplicate accounts may be voided at jpeso8's sole discretion.

When registering an Account on jpeso8, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address;
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times;
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any other person;
• Notify jpeso8 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account;
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you.

jpeso8 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, jpeso8 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered Accounts. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

To complete KYC verification, Players must submit valid, government-issued Philippine identification, which may include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys Card);
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID);
• Philippine Passport;
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO);
• Voter's ID or any other PAGCOR-accepted government-issued photo ID.

jpeso8 may request additional documentation including proof of address or source of funds as part of enhanced due diligence procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by jpeso8 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure, with Funds held in escrow pending compliance review.

All financial transactions on the jpeso8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jpeso8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels, subject to availability and channel-specific transaction limits:

• GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph;
• InstaPay and PesoNet interbank transfer networks;
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other PAGCOR-approved Philippine banks;
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ and other over-the-counter payment partners;
• Approved cryptocurrency channels (subject to additional terms).

Deposits: The minimum deposit on jpeso8 is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your jpeso8 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. jpeso8 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment channel provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which jpeso8 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Processing timelines vary by account VIP tier and may range from same-business-day to instant priority processing. jpeso8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. Withdrawals must be made to a payment channel registered in the Player's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Anti-Money Laundering: jpeso8 operates in strict compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended) and relevant PAGCOR directives. jpeso8 is legally required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and may freeze Accounts pending investigation without prior notice where legally required.

jpeso8 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed registration and, where applicable, KYC verification on jpeso8;
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the applicable promotion terms;
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period;
• jpeso8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including in cases where jpeso8 suspects promotional abuse or where bonus funds have been acquired through fraudulent or collusive activity;
• Any Player found to have abused a bonus — including through arbitrage betting, systematic play designed to exploit bonus terms, or multi-accounting — may have their Account suspended and bonus winnings voided.

All games made available through the jpeso8 Platform are governed by game-specific rules accessible within the game interface or the jpeso8 lobby. By participating in any game, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by real-world live dealer events, as applicable to each game type;
• The RNG systems used on jpeso8 are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories including eCOGRA and/or Gaming Laboratories International (GLI);
• jpeso8's records of game outcomes and transaction histories shall be the definitive record in any dispute concerning game results;
• In the event of a malfunction in any game, jpeso8 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the malfunction period. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this principle applies to all games on the jpeso8 Platform;
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain games and are disclosed in the applicable game rules. jpeso8 reserves the right to limit payouts to the disclosed maximum win cap for any single game session or spin;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jpeso8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your Account;
• Money laundering or using jpeso8 to process proceeds of illegal activity;
• Collusion with other Players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or the Platform interface;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game for financial gain without promptly reporting them to jpeso8;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized payment reversals;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jpeso8 staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the jpeso8 Platform — including but not limited to the jpeso8 brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of jpeso8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jpeso8 Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without jpeso8's prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use any jpeso8 brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner without jpeso8's prior written authorization.

In compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements, jpeso8 provides the following player protection tools, accessible at any time from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon setting; increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Define maximum gaming session durations. jpeso8 will alert you and terminate your session when your set limit is reached;
• Cool-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your Account ranging from 24 hours to 30 days without permanently closing your Account;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jpeso8 Platform. Self-exclusion is enforced immediately and is irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period.

jpeso8 reserves the right to impose mandatory limits or restrictions on any Account where jpeso8 has reason to believe the Player may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling, in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming directives.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jpeso8, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the jpeso8 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to Platform downtime, technical malfunction, or game error;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account by a third party;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform;
• Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the Platform by third parties;
• Errors or omissions in Platform content, including game rules or bonus terms.

jpeso8's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by the Player during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jpeso8's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

jpeso8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion, including where:

• jpeso8 has reason to believe the Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• jpeso8 is required to do so by PAGCOR directive, court order, or other legal obligation;
• jpeso8 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorized use of payment methods;
• A Player has been confirmed as under 21 years of age;
• jpeso8 determines, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory or reputational risk.

Where an Account is suspended or closed, jpeso8 will endeavor to return any verified, unencumbered Funds to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any amounts lawfully withheld. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements shall be forfeited upon Account closure.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jpeso8 customer support. jpeso8 will process voluntary closure requests within five (5) business days and return any remaining Funds to the Player's verified payment method.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your Account, any game outcome, a transaction, or any other aspect of the jpeso8 Platform, you should first contact jpeso8 Customer Support via the live chat service or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a mailto link). jpeso8 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavor to resolve it within five (5) business days.

If you are not satisfied with jpeso8's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's formal player complaint procedures. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, jpeso8 is subject to PAGCOR's dispute arbitration process.

All disputes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:

• Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), as amended;
• Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended by RA 10365 and RA 11521;
• Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012);
• All applicable PAGCOR Regulatory Framework provisions governing online gaming operations in the Philippines.

jpeso8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jpeso8 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email to their registered address or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jpeso8 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendments take effect.

The date at the top of these Terms indicates the date of the most recent revision. jpeso8 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
