If jpeso8 discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, jpeso8 will immediately suspend the Account, void any associated gaming activity, and delete the minor's personal data as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to any mandatory legal retention requirements.
